By accessing itvero.com, submitting an intake form, or purchasing a report or subscription (the "Service"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.2. Description of Service
ITVero provides automated, AI-generated competitor intelligence reports for a business you designate, based on publicly available data (including Google Business Profile listings and related public review data) and information you submit through our intake form. Reports are generated using a combination of third-party data sources and AI-based analysis (Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI models) and are delivered by email as a PDF document.2.1 Products
• One-Time Competitor Intelligence Report — single business, single report, one-time fee.
• Report Bundles — 2-report and 3-report bundles covering multiple businesses submitted at checkout, one-time fee.
• Monthly Subscription — recurring monthly competitor intelligence report(s) for a designated business, billed monthly until cancelled.Current pricing is shown at checkout and on itvero.com; these Terms intentionally do not restate exact figures here since they are subject to change without requiring an update to this document.3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Reports are generated substantially by automated, AI-driven processes with minimal human review. While we design our system to rely only on real, verifiable data inputs, AI-generated analysis, commentary, and recommendations may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Reports are provided for informational and strategic-planning purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any material fact before relying on it for a business decision.4. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through the Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your confirmation or renewal emails; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-period refund is issued for the remainder of that period unless required by law.If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge before suspending or cancelling the subscription.5. Refund Policy
Reports are typically delivered within 15-30 minutes of a verified payment. One-time reports are non-refundable once delivered. If your report is not delivered within 24 hours due to an error on our part, we will refund you in full. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with no cancellation fees; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.6. Customer Data and Report Accuracy
You represent that the business name, address, and other information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to request competitor intelligence research on the business identified. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide to match your business to the correct public listing; we are not responsible for report inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information you supplied.7. Intellectual Property
Reports are provided to you for your own internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent a report as market research conducted by a third-party research firm. We retain all rights to our underlying report templates, methodology, and branding.8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to generate reports about a business for purposes of harassment, unlawful competitive interference, or in violation of any applicable data-protection or anti-scraping law. We may refuse service or cancel an account we reasonably believe is being used for such purposes.9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleph Ventures LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on a report.11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on itvero.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.13. Contact

When you submit an intake form (via Fillout) or complete checkout (via Stripe), we collect: your name, email address, the business name/address/category and, optionally, known competitors, website, and free-text notes for the business you want reported on, and payment/billing information processed directly by Stripe (we do not receive or store full card numbers).1.2 Information collected automatically
Standard web analytics and technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected via our site host and email delivery provider in the ordinary course of operating a website and sending transactional email.1.3 Information about third-party businesses
To generate your report, we look up and process publicly available information about the business you designate and its competitors (e.g., Google Business Profile ratings, review counts, and public review text) via the Google Maps Platform. This is public business data, not personal data about you.2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: verify and process payment; generate and deliver your competitor intelligence report(s); send transactional emails (order confirmation, report delivery, renewal, and payment-failure notices); provide customer support; and maintain records for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.3. How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service, each acting as a processor on our behalf:
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Airtable — operational database for order and report-status records.
• Make (Integromat) — workflow automation connecting the above systems.
• Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — AI-based report analysis and drafting; business/report data is sent to these providers' APIs to generate report content.
• Google Maps Platform — public business/competitor data lookups.
• Plumsail Documents — PDF report generation.
• Fillout — intake form hosting and submission capture.
• Our email provider(s) — transactional email delivery.We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.4. Data Retention
We retain order, payment, and report records for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
